Story
Three years as an assistant editor at a guidebook publisher taught me how much of travel writing is written from a desk. I left in 2018 to do it the other way around: go, stay, and file from the road. Since 2019 I have published Slow Crossing, a dispatch of pictures and notes from whatever route I am on. Coast Road, a self-published book from a 900 kilometre walk of the Atlantic coast, came out in 2023. I keep four series running at once so a trip always has somewhere to land.
